Do you only have one day to spend in Paris? We stopped in Paris on our way to Rome to catch a cruise. This is what our day looked like:
11:30 AM – Land at Charles de Gaulle airport, take a taxi to hotel

1:00 PM – Arrive at hotel
Walk to Place de la Concorde, through Tuileries Gardens to the Louvre, and on to Notre Dame Cathedral.
Keep an eye out for the crepe trucks at Place de la Concorde. You can get delicious crepes stuffed with your favorite topping, made fresh in front of you! We did not have enough time to go inside the Louvre, but enjoyed the grounds and the view instead.
Take a taxi to Rue Cremieux, then back from Rue Cremieux to the French Pantheon.

Walk from the Pantheon to Luxembourg Gardens.
Take a taxi from Luxembourg Gardens to the Eiffel Tower Theater in

Square Rapp for pictures of the tower and to see 29 Avenue Rapp, then walk to Eiffel Tower.
Walk to Arc de Triomphe. Walk down Champs Elysees back to Place de la Concorde and back to hotel.
SUNSET 10 PM – back out after dark to see Eiffel Tower

The next day:
8:00 AM – (Sunrise is at 6:00 AM) leave hotel for breakfast at a sidewalk cafe
10:00 AM – return to hotel to collect luggage/checkout
10:30 AM – take a taxi to Orly airport (W)
11:00 AM – Arrive at Orly airport (W) for flight to Rome
